This summer for the first time in my life I got to stay in a hospital in Poland, in Bytom. A really random place, 230 km from where my parents live and 280km from where I used to live. There were 4 of us in the room. My surgeon was a friend of my parents’ from the old times. She was super nice and spoke with a funny Russian accent. She ended up with food poisoning the last day of my stay. The hospital looked and felt as if nothing’s ever changed there since 1950. And I thought to myself that it’s kinda cool. I also thought to myself that VRAG will like it as well.
